Job Summary

SastaSundar is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate with contractors and workers, and ensure that work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of work.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, and other site personnel.
Read and interpret civil drawings and layouts.
Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports.
Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with engineers and project teams regarding site requirements and progress.
Identify and report site-related issues and support timely resolution.
Monitor material usage and ensure proper utilization of resources.
Ensure project activities are completed within the planned timelines.




Maintain proper documentation and records related to site activities.

Candidate Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
6 months to 2 years of relevant site supervision experience.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
Basic knowledge of civil construction, drawings, measurements, and site execution.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage workers and coordinate with contractors.
Willingness to work at the Baruipur site.
Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
