Client Acquisition & Portfolio Growth: Build and expand a client base across SIPs, lump-sum mutual funds, and equity broking

End-to-End Relationship Ownership: Manage client relationships end to end, from onboarding to ongoing portfolio reviews.
- Goal-Aligned Advisory: Guide clients on tax-effective, research-backed fund selection and equity investing, with a strict anti-speculation stance (no intraday tip-selling).
- Portfolio Reviews: Conduct disciplined, regular portfolio reviews using Aurevia's AI-generated research and reporting packs.
- NRI Client Support: Assist NRI clients with PIS-compliant broking and FEMA-compliant onboarding processes.
- Business Development: Build Aurevia's local franchise through referrals, community events, and word-of-mouth engagement.
- Founding Hire Leadership Path: As the first Relationship Manager in Bangalore, set operational standards and, within 1224 months, grow into a leadership role to build and lead a team.

Preferred Candidate Profile





A robust candidate for this role will have 3–10 years of experience in mutual fund distribution, retail broking, bancassurance, or retail banking sales, with a proven track record in client acquisition, SIP growth, asset building, and client retention.

They must hold NISM Series V-A certification (or be able to transparent it within 60 days of joining), with Series VIII or XXI-A as an advantage. The ideal profile includes fluency in English plus at least one regional language (Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu), and a clean regulatory and background record.

Beyond technical expertise, Aurevia seeks specialists with trustworthiness, integrity, and an entrepreneurial mindset—someone capable of setting operational standards as a founding hire and growing into a leadership role within 12–24 months. Comfort with AI-assisted research tools, adaptability to flexible work arrangements, and the ability to build relationships in a relationship-led, higher-ticket market are essential.
