Prepare comprehensive financial plans, suitability reports, and recommendation documents for Financial Advisors
Perform cash flow modelling and financial projections using financial planning software
Gather, verify, and organize client financial information, including risk profiles, financial goals, income, assets, liabilities, and existing portfolios
Liaise with product providers to obtain quotations, policy illustrations, and relevant product information
Ensure all financial recommendations comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM system
Support Financial Advisors in preparing for client meetings, annual reviews, and portfolio discussions
Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and recent financial products




Assist in implementing approved financial plans and managing related administrative processes

Skills:
Solid understanding of mutual funds, insurance, taxation, retirement planning, and investment products
Excellent analytical, numerical, and financial report-writing skills
High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation abilities
Ability to manage multiple client cases while meeting deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning/CRM software is preferred
