Role & Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage civil construction works for 132 kV substations, bays, and transmission line projects.
Execute and monitor construction of equipment foundations, control rooms, cable trenches, roads, drains, and other civil structures.
Supervise concreting, reinforcement, shuttering, excavation, and foundation works.
Coordinate with contractors, site workers, and project teams for timely completion of work.
Check work quality as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
Prepare quantity estimates, BOQ, material requirements, and daily progress reports.
Monitor consumption of cement, steel, aggregates, and other construction materials.
Ensure proper site safety and maintain required project documentation.




Resolve site-related civil issues and coordinate with the engineering team.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Diploma / B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
56 years of relevant site experience, preferably in 132 kV substations, transmission lines, or infrastructure projects.
Hands-on experience in civil construction and foundation works.
Positive knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, RCC, steel, and construction materials.
Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
Solid site supervision, contractor coordination, and communication skills.
Willingness to work at project sites.
