Required Skills
Technical - Essential
Strong working knowledge of Unix or Linux server platforms.
Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience applying disciplined IT incident, problem, and change management.
Previous experience in User Acceptance Testing.
Technical - Desirable
Industry experience in Telco or CRM/marketing environments.

Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Computer Science.
