Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for clients.
Handle flight, hotel, transportation, visa, and travel insurance bookings.
Prepare and manage detailed travel itineraries.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, travel partners, and other service providers.
Handle booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and travel-related queries.
Monitor flight schedules, delays, cancellations, and other travel updates.
Provide timely assistance and support to customers before and during their journey.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, invoices, and travel documents.
Ensure all arrangements are completed within the agreed budget and timelines.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and travel vendors.
Achieve assigned sales, customer-service, and business targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline; qualification in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality is an advantage.
13 years of experience in travel, tourism, ticketing, or customer service preferred.
Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.




Experience with airline/hotel booking systems or GDS is an advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Good negotiation and coordination skills.
Comfortable working with MS Office and travel-management software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Willingness to work flexible schedule, weekends, or holidays when required.
Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in travel may also be considered.
