Role Summary

Reliance Consumer is seeking a agile Digital Transformation and Talent Mobility leader to architect and drive the digitization and talent mobility of the HR function spanning workforce management, performance, learning, and employee experience. The role will own the strategy, selection, and driving automation, talent mobility, analytics-led decision-making, and a seamless digital employee lifecycle across a large, distributed workforce.

Key Responsibilities
Internal Talent Mobility Strategy
Design and drive frameworks for internal job rotations, transfers, and career pathing
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to map open roles against internal talent pools
Reduce external hiring dependency by strengthening internal fill rates
Technical Skill Assessment & Mapping
Build and maintain skill matrices
Conduct skill-gap analysis to match employees to future roles
Work with tech leaders to define competency frameworks
Learning Program Design (Technical Track)
Curate or build technical curricula, certifications, and learning paths
Partner with SMEs and external vendors/platforms for technical capability/tool integration




Mobility Program Operations
Run mobility panels, interviews, or assessment centers
Stakeholder Management
Act as liaison between L&D;, business units, and tech leadership
Advise managers on succession planning and internal bench strength
Present mobility/L&D; dashboards to leadership
Data & Analytics
Track and report on trends of l and d programs.
Use data to refine mobility policies and learning ROI
Technology & Tools
Manage LMS/LXP platforms and internal talent marketplace tools
Leverage AI-based skill-matching tools where applicable

Required Qualifications & Experience
8–10 years in HR, HR Technology, or Digital Transformation roles, with at least 5 years leading large-scale talent mobility programs
Solid stakeholder management across HR, IT, and business leadership; experience in a matrixed, multi-location organization (retail/FMCG/manufacturing preferred).
MBA/PG in HR, Systems, or related field.
Change management and program management expertise; PMP/Agile exposure a plus.
