Key Responsibilities
Design and develop belt conveyors, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, loading/unloading conveyors, telescopic conveyors and other material handling equipment.
Prepare detailed 3D models, assemblies, fabrication drawings and GA drawings using SolidWorks.
Perform basic engineering calculations for conveyor capacity, power, shaft, gearbox, belt, rollers and structural components.
Prepare BOMs and support procurement, production and project teams with technical inputs.
Review designs for manufacturability, cost optimization and quality.
Coordinate with production and site teams for design modifications and troubleshooting.
Ensure designs comply with relevant engineering standards and project requirements.
