Job Summary
NTF India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Safety Officer to ensure effective implementation of EHS practices, statutory compliance and a robust safety culture across the manufacturing plant.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
Principal Responsibilities :-
1 Identification of Unsafe Conditions & Unsafe Act and rectify with the help of concern department requirements.
2 Conduct Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment for the machines and process.
3 Conduct Accident Investigation and update same in safety meetings.
4 Comply for the legal requirement related to Environment, Health & Safety.
5 Conduct Training and awareness program related to EHS to create the awareness among the employees.
6 Issue the work permits and check the compliance as per work permit.
7 Conduct Safety Committee Meetings on regular basis.
8 Conduct audit and safety checks on regular basis.
9 Collecting daily,
Weekly and monthly activities Report.
10 Conduct the Environmental Monitoring, Health Check, External Safety Audits & Health Programs.
11 Implement protected work practices and use of PPE at all stages.
12 Conduct Mock Drills on the Emergency situations.
13 Knowledge about Fire system, Fire extinguishers, fire pumps, emergency lights, safety tools, smoke detectors, sprinkler system, Emergency preparedness, safety tools & Fire PPEs.
14 Proper Knowledge of Factory Rule, NBC, NFPA Guidelines etc
