We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Attending / Associate Consultant Respiratory ICU to provide high-quality medical care to critically ill patients with respiratory and other complex medical conditions. The candidate will be responsible for patient assessment, management, monitoring and coordination of care in the Respiratory ICU.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor critically ill patients admitted to the Respiratory ICU.
Provide comprehensive care to patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions.
Manage patients requiring invasive and non-invasive ventilation.
Perform patient assessment and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Manage respiratory emergencies and critically ill patients.
Perform and interpret relevant procedures and investigations as required.
Coordinate with Pulmonology, Critical Care and other specialties for patient management.
Conduct regular ICU rounds and monitor patient progress.




Ensure timely documentation of patient history, treatment and clinical progress.
Communicate effectively with patients and their attendants regarding diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.
Participate in emergency duties, ICU calls and other clinical responsibilities.
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control practices and patient safety standards.
Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives and academic activities.

Required Qualification
MD/DNB in Pulmonary Medicine / Respiratory Medicine / Critical Care Medicine or equivalent qualification.
Relevant experience in managing critically ill patients, preferably in a Respiratory ICU.
Valid medical registration with the appropriate medical council.
