ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Consultation and Diagnosis:

Provide in-depth consultations to clients regarding their skin and hair issues.
Perform thorough diagnosis to understand the specific concerns and conditions of clients.
Treatment Planning and Execution:

Suggest and perform treatments tailored to the diagnosis, including Hair Growth Laser treatment, Mesotherapy, Dermaroller treatments, PRP treatments, and other relevant procedures.
Demonstrate expertise in Hair Loss Control and Hair Growth Treatments.
Sales and Business Development:

Recommend appropriate treatment packages to clients and actively participate in sales efforts.
Convert consultations into sales by effectively communicating the perks of suggested treatments and packages.
Surgical Procedures:

Provide consultation for surgical hair transplant procedures.
Offer guidance and information on Hair Replacement procedures.
Follow-up and Client Relationship Management:
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to track the progress of treatments and address any concerns.




Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Process Management:

Manage the overall consultation and treatment process efficiently.
Ensure smooth coordination between various stages of treatments and consultations.

REQUIREMENTS:

Required qualification- BAMS/BHMS/BDS
Additional qualification- Fellowship in cosmetology or trichology, PGD in cosmetology or trichology
Proven experience as a Skin and Hair Counsellor or in a similar role within the cosmetic and dermatology field.
Strong knowledge of Hair Loss Control, Hair Growth Treatments, and cosmetic procedures related to skin and hair.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess and understand individual client needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to convert consultations into business prospects.
Knowledge of surgical hair transplant procedures and hair replacement techniques.
