Responsibilities
Should have knowledge of application of Line follower, Inductive, RFID, SLAM [LiDAR] based Navigation systems & user interface - for indoor & outdoor AGV's
Selection, Interfacing & hands on programming of Safety PLC, PLC, Area scanners, Traction & Stering motors interface and so on & should have flair to indigenize as much as possible while meeting
Sound knowledge in working with AGV design architecture & machine controls
Should be able to work independently on AGV plat form from Scheduling to installation @ customer site
Should be able to monitor Health, Fault management & support to the serv ice team
Exposure to peripheral equipment handshake from AGV would be an added advantage
Candidate should be energetic and keen to adapt latest technologies in communication and interface & should be punctual on timelines

Desired profile of the candidate
1.End to End responsible f or the AGV design & deployment from the control perspective Cutting-edge Design thinking, transfer the taught process to any form of image/ drawing, etc.
2.Design, developed, code, test & debug system software Review code & design Integrate & validate recent product designs Provide post production support Assess third party & opensource software
3.Desired Skills & Experience 5 to 6 y ears of proficient experience working in AGV design & dev eloping. Work as a team & play a role in teambuilding
4.Skilled/Expert Level development in: Vehicle controls design [ Must to know]
5.Vehicle Sensor selection, interface, Code [ Must to know]
6.Vehicle to Base station communication [ Must to know]
7.Very Good Knowledge on Vehicle Odometer control [ Must to know]
8.BOM, Wiring Diagram, Costing
9.Any one IioT/ Cloud platform exposure [ Valuable to know]
10.Proficient with understanding the requirements & coming out with a lay out f or POC.
