Role & responsibilities
Collaborate with the Chief Architect to create theme-based designs.
Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and space analysis.
Translate design concepts into detailed drawings and client presentations.
Create initial sketches for floor plans and sections.
Use AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to generate design and presentation materials.
Oversee MEP, fire drawings, electrical, HVAC, acoustics, and structural engineering aspects.
Coordinate site work, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address design challenges.

Preferred candidate profile
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in architectural design preferably in theme-based projects.
Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
