Communicating with customers, freight forwarders & transporters for various queries.
Communicate with overseas factories for Shipping instructions, issuance, material status, pull in push-out requests.
Should be responsible for establishing valuable business relationships & fulfilling customers requirements.
Close follow up with PAN India warehouse teams.
Maintain relationship with internal stakeholders including Finance and Warehouse teams.
