Role & responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
Ensure minimum machine downtime and quick restoration of operations.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and reports.
Support installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery.
Ensure availability of required tools and spare parts.
Follow safety standards, SOPs, and 5S practices in the workplace.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for uninterrupted operations.

Qualification

Preferred candidate profile
ITI / Diploma Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.

Experience
1 to 8 years of experience in machine maintenance within a manufacturing workplace.

Basic knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and TPM practices.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues efficiently.
