Develop and draft complete sets of drawings for (BMC) submission.
Prepare accurate and detailed architectural and working drawings using AutoCAD and High CAD.
Ensure all drawings strictly adhere to the guidelines and regulations of DCPR 2034.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure drawings are coordinated and technically sound.
Make necessary revisions and modifications to drawings based on feedback from senior architects or municipal authorities.
Maintain and organize all project drawings and related documentation in a systematic manner.
Prepare reports and manage routine correspondence as required.
