We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented qualified with strong experience in end to end recruitment, account management, and resource management. The ideal candidate should be confident in managing multiple clients, understanding their requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and driving business opportunities from existing accounts.The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain robust relationships with existing clients and accounts.
Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to ensure timely fulfilment.
Generate business opportunities and new requirements from existing clients.
Handle multiple clients confidently and ensure regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with different internal teams, entities, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
Manage resource allocation, availability,



and deployment based on client needs.
Convince and negotiate with clients professionally to ensure business continuity.
Track client requirements, closures, and delivery timelines.
Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and issue resolution.
Work closely with recruitment, delivery, and management teams to support business goals.
Required Skills
Strong experience with End to End with core IT recruitment.
Robust experience in client management and account handling.
Good understanding of resource management and requirement fulfilment.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to interact confidently with multiple clients.
Aggressive, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage and handle urgent client requirements.
Basic technical understanding to discuss requirements with clients and internal teams.
