Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee and execute building construction work at our JNV Sakti project site. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site management, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities and coordinate with contractors, labour, and subcontractors
Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ
Monitor quality of materials and workmanship; maintain site records and daily progress reports
Plan and track work schedules, manpower, and material requirements
Ensure compliance with safety norms and statutory requirements
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and the head office for approvals and reporting
Prepare measurements, bills, and reconciliation of materials
Qualifications & Skills:
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 years of hands-on site experience, with at least one building project completed end-to-end
Knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing works, and MEP coordination
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reading structural/architectural drawings
Solid communication and team management skills
Willingness to be stationed full time at the project site
