To handle the production planning and execution.

Candidate has to handle the shifts operations in all Shifts.

Should be able to analyse the production issues and timely resolution

Provide support to the sub-ordinates during shifts and post production,also able to handle the manpower in shift operations.

Responsible for order confirmation in various reports during the shift

Well coordination between mould station configuration to planner and execution team.

Verification of plan orders, seconds order creation,verification of scrapping and repairing.

Consolidated reports to be prepared during shift operations.

Analysis of previous day activities and corrective actions against deviations during the production.





Special order tracking and mail shift wise to the team lead and Manager.

Candidate has the capacity to resolve the conflicts between machine and conveyor team if requires.

Team Building approach has to be shown in shop floor.

Active participation requires in 5S & Lean management for respective zone.
