Administrator Preferred Certifications if available with candidate:

Fortigate Network Firewall:
Experience in maintaining and managing policies.
Microsoft 365:
Expertise in providing support and debugging issues.
User Support:
Assistance with troubleshooting and supporting users with their systems.
IT Asset Management:
Handling and managing IT assets.

Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention policies and maintenance.
Vendor Communication:
Experience in communicating with vendors for recent and existing infrastructure.
CommVault (Metalic Backup):
Familiarity with backup solutions.
Screen Monitoring:
Monitoring software for assigned employees.
