Role & responsibilities
Own consumer-facing product problems across the shopping journey.
Identify customer pain points using data, research and business insights.
Define product strategy, roadmap, PRDs and success metrics.
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics and Business teams to launch and scale products.
Drive experimentation, prioritisation and continuous product improvement.
Measure outcomes and use learnings to influence future product decisions.
Preferred candidate profile
5 to 10 years of product management experience, preferably in B2C, e-commerce, consumer tech or marketplaces.
Strong understanding of customer journeys, product metrics and experimentation.
Demonstrated ability to own products end-to-end from problem discovery to execution and outcomes.
Strong analytical, structured thinking and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
