Job DescriptionJob Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Delivery Manager with a valuable understanding of IT network and telecommunications infrastructure, and project management to oversee the lifecycle of demand requests (DMND) within our Site Infrastructure team, focusing on technical integration/migration projects.
Roles ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
DMND Lifecycle Management:
o Oversee integration/migration projects for Network (LAN/WAN/WIFI/IoT) and Telephony infrastructures throughout the entire DMND lifecycle.
o Close knowledge of the business
o Gather client requirements.
o Qualify client needs.
o Evaluate and prepare technical and commercial proposals in conjunction with the Solution Expert.
o Submit project quotes to the client.
o Construct project plans with all stakeholders.
o Place orders with various suppliers.
o Follow up on actions with project contributors.
o Provide client reporting.
o Monitor project budget.
o Implement the technical solution with the Managed Service Provider (MSP).
o Ensure handover to MSP support teams.
