Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium WebDriver.
Create and execute automation test frameworks for web applications.
Analyze business and functional requirements to develop test scenarios and test cases.
Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing.
Automate repetitive manual test cases to improve test coverage and efficiency.
Identify, track, and report software defects using defect management tools.
Execute test suites and analyze test results.
Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
Develop data-driven and keyword-driven automation frameworks.
Create reusable automation components and utilities.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to resolve issues.
Validate application functionality across different browsers and settings.
Perform API testing using tools such as Postman and Python libraries.
Debug and troubleshoot automation script failures.
Maintain test documentation, test reports, and automation metrics.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities.
Ensure software quality and adherence to testing standards.
Support production validation and release testing activities.
Optimize automation frameworks for stability, scalability, and maintainability.
