Job Summary
We are looking for detail-oriented and analytical professionals to join our team. The associate will be responsible for reviewing websites, products, and merchants, conducting online investigations, identifying compliance risks, and preparing accurate reports. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical thinking, research skills, and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and classify websites, merchants, and certification applicants using online research and internal tools.
Conduct compliance reviews and identify potential risks or policy violations.
Prepare clear, accurate, and concise analytical reports within defined timelines.
Perform online background investigations using open-source intelligence.
Escalate complex cases and collaborate with internal stakeholders when required.
Maintain documentation and support process improvements.
Communicate professionally with internal teams and clients through email, phone, or virtual meetings.
Key Skills
Solid analytical and investigative skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Experience with online research and data analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace.
Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
Positive time management and ability to work independently.
Comfortable handling sensitive or potentially offensive online content.
Ability to make sound decisions based on limited or ambiguous information.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
0- 1 years of relevant experience in research, compliance, risk analysis, trust & safety candidates with relevant experience are welcome.
