Roles and Responsibilities :
Develop and implement effective quality management systems to drive excellence.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve quality goals and objectives.
Manage vendor development, negotiation, and sourcing to ensure high-quality products.
Conduct FMEA, RCA, and CAPA analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with suppliers and customers to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and QMS.

Job Requirements :
Robust expertise in ISO 9001, QMS, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, RCA, CAPA, Supplier & Customer Quality.
Proven experience in driving quality excellence, process improvements, and leading cross-functional teams.
Experience in recent vendor development, vendor negotiation, and vendor allocation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
