Key responsibilities
Handle end-to-end US Non-IT recruitment.
Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and internal databases.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, compensation and availability.
Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess communication skills.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely submissions.
Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and offer process.
Work according to US time zones and recruitment processes.
Meet daily/weekly sourcing and submission targets.
