Ensuring billing is submitted in accordance with the RFQ s
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, leadership conferences, recognition programs, annual meets, offsites, incentive trips, and business forums.
Ensure flawless event delivery while maintaining quality, brand standards, and participant experience.
Conduct venue/ site inspections, and feasibility assessments.
Timely delivery of creative assets and setup requirements.
Successful execution of event experience within approved budgets.
