Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and drive strategic transformation initiatives across the software delivery lifecycle for AI-driven products and platforms. The individual will work closely with senior business stakeholders, engineering leaders, product teams, and cross-functional groups to ensure successful execution of high-impact programs that accelerate business outcomes and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale transformation programs across engineering and product teams.
Drive program governance, planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Establish and monitor transformation metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to track progress and business impact.
Champion the adoption of AI, automation, and up-to-date engineering practices across teams.
Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment across product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Drive organizational change management initiatives, including communication, training, and adoption.




Influence senior leadership and facilitate decision-making through data-driven insights.
Establish best practices for program management and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA preferred.
12+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Delivery, or Transformation Management.
Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Robust understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and engineering processes.
Experience working with AI/ML, automation, cloud technologies, or enterprise software platforms.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
