Role & responsibilities
Manage and coordinate FMCG products across Q-Commerce platforms.
Handle key accounts such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other quick-commerce platforms.
Monitor product availability, inventory levels, sales, and order fulfillment.
Monitor product listings, pricing, promotions, and visibility on Q-Commerce platforms.
Coordinate promotional activities and ensure proper execution of offers and campaigns.
Maintain solid relationships with Q-Commerce account managers and operational teams.
Ensure timely resolution of order, inventory, pricing, and delivery-related issues.
Preferred candidate profile
Positive knowledge of FMCG and Q-Commerce operations.
MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Sales and inventory management.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
