Experience: 57 Years in Wires & Cables Manufacturing
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical / Production / Polymer)
Core Role: Oversee complete wire/cable plant operations, manage manpower, and drive daily/monthly target achievements efficiently.
Role & responsibilities
Plan production schedules, manage shop-floor resources, and optimize raw material usage.
Enforce BIS/IS quality standards, safety norms, and active cost/waste reduction.
Direct preventive maintenance, track machine utilization, and generate MIS reports.
Lead production teams and coordinate closely with Purchase, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch.
Preferred candidate profile
Solid expertise in cable manufacturing workflows, quality protocols, and team leadership.
Proven ability to optimize processes, handle plant pressure, and meet tight schedules.
