Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the process from initial job posting to onboarding.
Candidate Screening: Conduct resume screening and initial interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with departments to understand staffing requirements.
Administrative Management: Maintain ATS records,



track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire), and manage job offer negotiations.
Compliance: Ensure hiring practices adhere to legal regulations (e.g., EEO, ADA).

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter, typically requiring a bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.

Problem-Solving: Ability to work in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven setting.
