Role & responsibilities :
Lead and manage end-to-end Solar EPC projects activities from planning to commissioning and handover.
Prepare and monitor project execution plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with Technical, Procurement and logistics, Finance, and other internal units.
Coordinate and act as senior inter face with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Monitor PDI, site inspections, commissioning records and test reports
Review Bids, BOQs, drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Monitor project progress and cost performance.
Identify project risks and delays for appropriate corrective actions.
Lead project teams and ensure effective coordination among projects and support teams.
Monitor warranty, CMC/AMC, breakdown, and service-related technical issues and timely closure.
Prepare periodic technical MIS and project status reports for management.

Preferred candidate profile




B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering Renewable Energy Engineering, or related field.
10 years of relevant experience in solar EPC/project execution, preferably with experience in multiple projects and government/PSU projects.
Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems, electrical systems, inverters, pumps, controllers, earthing, protection systems, and commissioning procedures.
Experience in handling Solar WPS; Roof top On grid and off grid solar systems, HLS & SLS systems and solid knowledge of Government renewable energy scheme guidelines and tender specifications
Positive coordination and team-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD and relevant software
Willingness to travel to project sites across different locations.
