We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Factory Supervisor to oversee day-to-day factory operations. Work in factory workplace, managing workers, coordinating production activities and maintaining discipline, quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day factory/production activities.
Allocate work to workers and ensure proper utilization of manpower.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Coordinate with management regarding production requirements, manpower and operational issues.
Ensure proper handling, movement and storage of raw materials and finished goods.
Monitor production quality and ensure that products meet the required standards.
Maintain discipline, cleanliness and safety standards within the factory.
Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective action.
Maintain basic production, attendance, inventory and other relevant records.
Coordinate with maintenance/technical teams whenever required.
Ensure machines and equipment are being operated properly and safely.
Train and guide workers on work procedures and safety practices.
Report production status, issues and requirements to the management on a regular basis.
Take responsibility for the overall smooth functioning of the factory floor.
