Responsibilities
Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
Turn user needs and business requirements into intuitive designs.
Maintain design systems, UI components, and interaction patterns.
Test designs, gather feedback, and continuously improve UX.
Ensure accessibility and design consistency during development.
Requirements
UX/UI design experience for web or mobile applications.
Solid portfolio showcasing user-focused design solutions.
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
Valuable knowledge of UX research, information architecture, and interaction design.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or frontend technologies.
Robust communication and collaboration skills.
