Main responsibilities:
Execute bakery trials for bread, cakes, buns, and other baked products using premixes, bread improvers, and functional ingredients.
Demonstrate ABM product range as per customer (Industrial) requirement, convert concepts into commercial product
Collaborate with the R&D; team in developing innovative recipes and bakery applications aligned with market trends and customer requirements.
Assist in benchmarking activities against market products and competitor solutions.
Stay updated with bakery trends, ingredients, and creative baking technologies.
Evaluate product performance parameters such as dough handling, machinability, volume, texture, crumb structure, softness, shelf life, and sensory attributes.




Support formulation optimization through practical baking knowledge and troubleshooting during laboratory and pilot-scale trials.
Standardize recipes, processing methods, and baking parameters for internal validation and customer demonstrations.
Maintain accurate trial records, observations, and application reports for product development projects.
Ensure proper maintenance, hygiene, and protected operation of bakery equipment and laboratory facilities.
Experience in technical applications or as a demo chef in bakery ingredients industry
Understand food costing and cost in use.
Adaptable and willing to travel
