Description:

Responsible for executing environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, workplace safety standards, and environmental protection guidelines across operational areas. The role manages identification and evaluation of workplace hazards, environmental risks, and unsafe conditions, supporting implementation of preventive measures and corrective actions. It contributes to conducting safety audits, environmental monitoring, and compliance inspections, ensuring adherence to internal EHS procedures and applicable regulations. The position participates in incident investigations, risk assessments, and safety performance reporting, helping strengthen workplace safety and regulatory compliance. It also facilitates employee safety training and awareness initiatives, while maintaining accurate EHS documentation, compliance records, and audit readiness to support protected and sustainable operations.

Essential Functions:
Develop and maintain EHS compliance policies, SOPs, and procedures
Ensure alignment with environmental, health, safety, and statutory regulations




Design and coordinate EHS compliance training programs
Track and ensure employee completion of mandatory EHS training
Conduct EHS compliance audits and program assessments
Monitor adherence to EHS policies, standards, and procedures
Investigate EHS complaints, incidents, and non-compliance cases
Recommend and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
Verify closure and effectiveness of identified deficiencies
Maintain EHS compliance documentation and records
Support regulatory inspections and internal compliance reviews

Additional Responsibilities: Education:
Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) B. Sc. - Required
Master Degree (MS/MA) M.Sc. - Preferred

Experience:
5 years or more in 5 - 8 Years
