Job Summary

The Land Sourcing Manager will identify, evaluate, negotiate, and acquire strategic land parcels for industrial, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities
Identify suitable land parcels for development.
Develop relationships with landowners, brokers, and channel partners.
Conduct preliminary feasibility studies and market analysis.
Coordinate legal, technical, and financial due diligence.
Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate land acquisitions.
Liaise with government authorities for documentation and approvals.




Maintain a pipeline of land prospects and acquisition reports.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
5–10 years of experience in land acquisition or real estate business development.
Knowledge of Bangalore and Hosur real estate market and scenario.
