We are looking for Off-Role resource for Technical Support in below mentioned-

Candidate should have knowledge on SaaS Based Applications like Digital Signage, Queue

Management system, Meeting Room Management and basic knowledge of Hardware like

Qualified Displays, Projectors, Active LEDs, SoC Based Android displays Etc.
Candidate should be well versed with OSI model, Cloud computing and enterprise network (Firewall,

Network Protocols, Subnetting).
Candidate should have solid knowledge of server hardware component
Candidate should be able to make technical PowerPoint presentations, Approach Documents for the

solution.
Assists in all levels of technical account planning and accompanies sales account managers on visits

to customers.
Provide telephonic and email-based pre-sales & post-sales technical support (L2) for our software





products.
Investigate the issues reported by the customers and communicate with internal product development

teams to resolve the issues.
Able to plan, prioritize and organize workload, consistently working within service standards and

objective.
He / She should be capable to execute the Demo/POC for the Solution concept and should work along

with the Project execution team.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports;

making recommendations to management and factories.
Test recent solution with existing solutions and solutions available in the market.
