About the Company

National Paints is looking for a energetic and result-oriented State Head – Sales (MP & Chhattisgarh) to drive sales growth, expand dealer/distributor network, and strengthen market presence in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and retailer network.
Handle channel sales and trade sales activities.
Generate current business opportunities and market expansion.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers and key customers.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Ensure timely collection and payment follow-ups.




Support marketing and promotional activities in the region.

Candidate Profile
Graduate / MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience Experience in Paints, Decorative Paints, Industrial Paints, Primers, Thinners, Sealers, Construction Chemicals, Building Materials, Adhesives, Hardware, Cement, Tiles, or related industries.
Strong experience in dealer and distributor handling.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
