We're Hiring | Sales & Business Development Executive (SaaS & AIDC Solutions)

What You'll Do

? Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.

? Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.

? Understand customer requirements and recommend the right SaaS and AIDC solutions.

? Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and client meetings (online & onsite).

? Drive sales of our SaaS products, barcode solutions, barcode printers, scanners, RFID solutions, mobile computers, POS devices, and barcode consumables.

? Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close deals.

? Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.

? Collaborate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For





✅ 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, IT/Product Sales, or SaaS Sales.

✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

✅ Strong customer relationship management and consultative selling abilities.

✅ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies.

✅ Experience in SaaS, Barcode, RFID, AIDC, Printing, Packaging, POS, ERP, or other technology products will be an added advantage.
