Responsibilities

- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Design, code, test, maintain, modify, and troubleshoot software programs and modules.
- Develop and automate software validation processes, including test cases and usage scenarios.
- Perform root-cause analysis, resolve system issues, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, implementation, and release-plan adherence.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, engineering staff, and clients.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, provide customer support, and collect feedback for timely delivery.
- Maintain software and customer quality standards,



including error-free code, CSAT, MIS reporting, and timely responses.

Requirements

- 5–8 years of skilled experience.
- Mandatory experience with Talend DI.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, code, test, debug, and maintain applications.
- Ability to automate software validation and execute test cases or scenarios.
- Ability to perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and prepare technical reports.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, training, and skill-upgrading certifications.
