ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect – Dev Ops to define and drive enterprise Dev Ops strategy, architecture, governance, and transformation for large-scale Salesforce programs.

The ideal candidate should combine Salesforce architecture expertise with solid Dev Ops, CI/CD, Platform Engineering, Dev SecOps, Release Management, and enterprise transformation experience. Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools and Salesforce pre-sales is highly desirable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define enterprise Salesforce Dev Ops strategy, architecture, governance & operating models.
• Design CI/CD, Dev SecOps, environment strategy, branching, release & deployment models.
• Lead Dev Ops transformation, maturity assessments, architecture workshops & governance reviews.
• Engage with CIOs, CTOs, Enterprise Architects & senior stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales, RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, estimation, presentations & PoCs.
• Establish Dev Ops standards, engineering best practices & Dev Ops CoEs.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered engineering tools to improve productivity, quality & automation.
• Mentor architects, Dev Ops engineers and senior technical teams.

MANDATORY SKILLS

14+ years IT experience with 10+ years Salesforce
8+ years in Enterprise Dev Ops / Platform Engineering / CI/CD / Release Management

Enterprise Salesforce pre-sales & transformation experience
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent

PREFERRED

Salesforce Application Architect / System Architect certification, experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Industries/Vlocity, Agentforce, and AWS/Azure/Kubernetes/Dev Ops certifications.
