Location: PAN India – Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Noida
Experience: 7–10 Years
Salary: ₹24–26 LPA
Role: Senior Service Now Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Service Now Consultant with strong expertise in ITSM, HRSD, Service Catalog, integrations, scripting, and solution architecture. The ideal candidate should have strong client-facing consulting experience and the ability to independently deliver Service Now solutions.

• Configure Service Catalog and HR Case Management
• Develop workflows using Flow Designer
• Perform Service Now scripting and REST integrations
• Support upgrades and enhancement activities
• Manage Incident, Request and Change processes
• Work with CMDB and Asset Management
• Implement Virtual Agent and MS Teams integrations
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions
• Provide technical guidance and solution architecture
