Position: Technical Support – Voice Process
Date and Time: 9th Sep - 15th Sep 2026 ( 11: 30 AM - 5 PM )
Location: Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Technical Voice Support
Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree
Shift: Rotational Night Shifts
What We're Looking For
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Hands-on experience handling US customer calls
Basic technical knowledge of routers, modems, IP addresses & troubleshooting
Ability to handle multiple calls and technical issues efficiently
Flexibility to work in rotational night shifts
