Requirements:
- 2–4 years of call center or customer service experience
- Valuable communication and computer skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Healthcare experience is an advantage
Duties:
- Handle calls and enquiries
- Schedule appointments
- Follow up when required
- Maintain basic records
- Coordinate with the clinic team
