About Us:
Mini Maarvel is a Pune-based youth physical education and sports development organisation delivering structured fitness and movement programs for children. We're expanding our Wadgaon Sheri center to include dedicated dance classes and are looking for a passionate dance instructor to lead this.

Role Overview:
We're inviting an experienced dance teacher to independently run dance batches at our Wadgaon Sheri center under a revenue-share model — you bring the teaching, we provide the space, footfall, and marketing support.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule, and conduct dance classes for kids and/or adults
- Design curriculum/routines suited to different age groups and skill levels
- Track student attendance and progress
- Coordinate with the Mini Maarvel team on scheduling, space use, and promotions
- Represent Mini Maarvel professionally with parents and students

Requirements:





- Proven experience teaching dance (any style — classical, contemporary, western, Bollywood, etc.)
- Comfortable working with children and/or adults
- Solid communication and class management skills
- Based in or able to commute to Wadgaon Sheri, Pune

Compensation:

- 60-40 revenue split in the instructor's favour
- Earnings scale directly with batch size and class fees — no fixed cap
