Remote Patient Care Nurse

Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse with remote patient care experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will monitor patient health remotely and maintain proactive, clear communication with patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and observe patients' vital signs remotely using digital health tools
- Communicate with patients via text messages to check in, provide updates, and address concerns
- Identify and escalate any abnormal readings or health concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and vital trends
- Provide patients with guidance and support based on nursing best practices
- Proper documentation

Qualifications:

- Nursing background (RN/LPN or equivalent) with valid license/certification
- Prior experience in remote patient monitoring (RPM) or telehealth preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), as the role involves interacting with international patients
- Solid written communication skills for patient text correspondence
- Ability to interpret vital sign data and identify red flags




- Comfortable using digital health platforms and monitoring tools
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace
- Willing to work US shift timings (night shift in India)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
