Position Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO) / Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, goal-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to drive business growth for our healthcare facilities (Maternity Hospital & Diagnostic Scan Centre). The role involves building strong referral networks with local doctors, clinics, and healthcare partners, organizing community outreach programs, and increasing patient walk-ins for diagnostic scans and hospital services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Sales & Doctor Networking

* Visit doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and local healthcare practitioners to build and maintain strong referral relationships.

* Promote diagnostic services (CT, Ultrasound, Echocardiogram,Doppler,Lab tests) and hospital specialties to healthcare providers.

* Achieve monthly targets for scan referrals and hospital admissions.

2. Client & Patient Public Relations

* Serve as the main point of contact for external partners, corporate clients, and referral networks.

* Address feedback from referring doctors and ensure seamless service delivery for referred patients.

* Manage corporate health check-up tie-ups and insurance/empanelment outreach.

3. Marketing & Community Outreach

* Organize health camps, awareness drives,



and medical seminars in target neighborhoods and rural/semi-urban areas.

* Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, offer schemes) to local clinics and community spots.

* Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing, recent diagnostic trends, and doctor referral patterns.

4. Reporting & Administration

* Maintain daily call logs, doctor visit reports, and lead tracking sheets.

* Follow up with referring doctors regularly to ensure long-term retention.

* Coordinate with the internal hospital front-desk and radiology department to ensure smooth onboarding of referred patients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Education: Any Graduate (

* Experience: Freshers with solid communication skills or 1–3 years of experience in hospital/diagnostic sales or pharma field sales.

* Languages: Fluency in Tamil and working knowledge of English.

* Vehicle: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a two-wheeler for field visits.
