Mobilizer plays a key role in identifying, counseling, and enrolling candidates into skill development, training, or education programs. They act as a bridge between the community and the training center, ensuring active participation and successful outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct field visits, community outreach, and awareness drives to mobilize youth
- Identify eligible candidates for skill training / education / employment programs
- Counsel candidates and parents about course benefits, job prospects, and career paths
- Organize mobilization camps, village meetings, and door-to-door campaigns
- Maintain proper documentation, enrollment forms, ID proofs, and attendance sheets
- Coordinate with local authorities, NGOs, schools, and self-help groups
- Meet monthly/weekly enrollment and mobilization targets




- Report daily activity and candidate status to the center head or project manager

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate (Any stream)
- 1–3 years experience in mobilization, fieldwork, or community engagement preferred
- Positive communication skills in local language (e.g., Tamil)
- Basic computer knowledge (data entry, MS Excel, WhatsApp/email use)
- Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable with fieldwork and travel
- Experience with government skill programs like PMKVY, DDU-GKY, TNSDC is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
