About YuvaCoders

YuvaCoders is a robotics and coding lab in Sanquelim, North Goa. We teach students in Classes 5 to 9 through a structured four-level curriculum — block coding, Arduino, Python, ESP32 and robotics.

Our students build real hardware, not simulations. In 2026 our students placed 2nd at the WSRO regional championship and qualified for the national finals.

We are a small team. You will work directly with the founder.

The Role

You will run your own batches of 6 to 15 students using our existing curriculum and lesson plans.

What you'll do

- Deliver hands-on sessions to students aged 9 to 14
- Teach Arduino, sensors, motors, and block coding (Scratch / PictoBlox)
- Run your classroom independently — pacing, safety, kits and components
- Track student progress and update parents
- Support competition preparation for WSRO and WRO
- Grow into Python, ESP32 and Raspberry Pi teaching within your first six months

What we're looking for

Required

- Comfortable teaching and holding the attention of children aged 9 to 16




- Working knowledge of Arduino and block coding (Scratch or PictoBlox)
- Ability to explain technical ideas simply and patience
- Python, AI, ESP32

Preferred

- 1 year of teaching, tutoring or training experience — freshers with solid teaching aptitude will be considered
- Raspberry Pi , API Development ,
- Robotics competition coaching
- 3D printing or CAD
- Konkani or Marathi

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
